Tasks are personal one-off to-do items — things you need to handle that don’t belong in a routine. If it repeats, make it a Routine. If it’s a one-time thing, make it a Task.


Notes

Notes are for quick captures — ideas, meeting notes, things you want to remember. No structure required. Just write it down so it’s not living in your head.


Checklists

Checklists are simple step-by-step lists for anything repeatable that doesn’t quite fit as a Routine. Good for things like event setup, equipment checks, or any process where you need to tick through steps in order.
