What is the Knowledge Base?

The Knowledge Base is your team’s hub for policies, guides, and reference docs. Articles can be organized by category, visibility can be controlled by team role, and articles can optionally be made public for members.

A great knowledge base means you stop answering the same questions twice.

Can I customize the articles?

Yes — everything is fully editable. Browse the pre-loaded templates, update them to reflect your voice and your gym, and organize into categories that make sense for you. The templates are a starting point, not a finished product.

How do I organize articles by category?

When creating or editing an article you can assign it to a category. You can manage your categories under Manage Categories in the Knowledge Base header. Create whatever categories make sense for how your gym is structured.

Can members see Knowledge Base articles?

Yes — you can make individual articles public so members can access them directly. This is useful for things like class policies, gym guidelines, or member FAQs. Visibility is controlled per article so you decide what’s internal and what’s public.

How do I create a new article?

Go to Knowledge in the sidebar and click + New Doc. Give it a title, assign a category, write your content, and publish when it’s ready.
