How do I add team members?

Go to Settings → Team and invite team members by email. Each member gets access based on their assigned role. They’ll receive an email invitation to join your workspace.


What roles are available?

GymClarity has role-based access so the right people see the right things. Roles are assigned when you invite a team member and can be updated anytime in Settings → Team.


Can I customize everything?

Yes. Systems, Knowledge Base articles, Routines, and Structure are all fully editable. GymClarity is designed to be made your own — the templates and sample content are a starting point, not a finished product.


How does billing work?

You can manage your subscription and billing details under Settings → Billing. From there you can update your payment method, view invoices, or manage your plan.


How do I reset my workspace?

If you want to clear the sample content and start fresh, go to Settings → Workspace → Reset. This removes the pre-loaded sample data so you’re starting with a clean slate.


How do I update my profile?

Click your name or avatar at the bottom of the sidebar and select Edit Profile to update your name, email, or password.
